Fix “This PC doesn’t have enough RAM” Error during Windows 10 Upgrade
Before installing Windows 10 on your PC or laptop, it is necessary to read the system requirements of this latest operating system.

Reset your PC.
Try to reset your computer or laptop. To reset your computer apply the below given steps.

Step 4: “Reset this PC Option” will appear, so click on Get Started.
Step 5: It will take few time to complete the entire resetting process.
