Now you have to rename the Update storage folder ( SoftwareDistribution and Catroot2 )
Run the below given commands
ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
This command will rename the SoftwareDistribution folder.
ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old
This command will rename the Catroot2 Folder.
At last, you have to enable to BITS, Cryptographic, MSI Installer and the Windows Update Services. In order to do this, follow the below given commands:
net start msiserver
net start cryptSvc
net start bits
net start wuauserv
